The following steps are involved:
 
 

 

  • Communication with client by e-mail or chatting to understand the exact requirements of the project.
     
  • Preparation of training document detailing the project requirements and the processes involved.
     
  • Selection of qualified staff suitable for the project.
     
  • Imparting training to the staff members.

 

 

 
  • Getting a test work done from the trained staff.

     
  • Conducting a session to test the overall understanding of the project by the staff.

     
  • Conducting a Live run but under close supervision of the project managers.

     
  • Permitting the successful staff to execute the live run of the project and submission of the same to the Quality Assurance department.
