Communication with client by e-mail or chatting to understand the exact requirements of the project.   Preparation of training document detailing the project requirements and the processes involved.   Selection of qualified staff suitable for the project.   Imparting training to the staff members.
Getting a test work done from the trained staff.   Conducting a session to test the overall understanding of the project by the staff.   Conducting a Live run but under close supervision of the project managers.   Permitting the successful staff to execute the live run of the project and submission of the same to the Quality Assurance department.
